Salon Policy
Client Consultation:
Because we schedule our time one on one with our clients, we like to give our client's the attention they deserve.
Appointments:
To ensure that you are receiving the highest level of service, appointments are required, but walk-ins are also welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For your convenience please print and fill out the client consultation form below. Please have the form available on your first appointment.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals:
All appointments that are late past 15 minutes of your appointment time with no notification will be canceled and/or can be rescheduled.
If you do not reschedule your appointment within 3 days any deposit will be forfeited.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any appointments.
If there is no notification of a canceled appointment there will be a cancellation fee of $25 added to your next appointment.
Payment:
We gladly accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and personal checks (with proper form of identification). There will be a $35 non-refundable fee for all return checks.
If a client is not satisfied with their service, you may inform the stylist or salon manager within 48 hours of the service, a complimentary redo or alternative solution may be offered at the salon managers discretion.
There are no refunds for services performed.
Deposit:
All weave services will require a $50.00 deposit to secure your appointment.
Gift Certificates/VIP Cards:
Gift Certificates and VIP Cards are also available in any dollar amount and can be applied toward any salon service or product.
